When I found CrossFit in 2010, I was a little apprehensive about the weight lifting part and only started with twice a week. I slowly saw some results. It wasn't until we went to the Regional competition that I had my epiphany--I did not workout hard enough. I went back to the box with a new attitude and, most importantly, a new intensity level. It was a mission to do my very best every time. After only a few months of this new approach and changing my eating habits, like my husband I too had a new body and a new size. I am smaller and fitter now than I was in high school or when I was active duty Army.
