I am a mother of three, who grew up playing soccer and loving physical, competitive activities. I started doing Crossfit because I wanted a change from my usual gym workouts. I love CrossFit because I am constantly challenged to get stronger and improve, and always encouraged and supported by CF members (who are like family) around me. I also love that CF training can truly be for anyone and everyone willing to give it a try. I enjoy being able to see the transformations that people experience when they reach their first goal, when they start to feel stronger, or even when they keep at it for just a few months.
